Want it heated?

Safety: no diving, and never leave kids or pets unattended near the pool.
Jacuzzi

Jacuzzi

Soak under the stars

Three buttons. 60-minute timer. That's it.

  1. Find the gray control panel near the pool equipment
  2. Press SPA once — the light turns red and heat kicks on (runs on a 60-minute timer)
  3. Press BUBBLER for jets · Press LIGHT for lights
  4. To turn anything off early, press the same button again

Heads up

It is on a timer and will turn off every 60 minutes. The jacuzzi heats via underground propane — it's not instant. It takes about 35–40 minutes to fully heat up. You can restart the timer as many times as you want.

Dome bed under the stars

The Dome

Sleep under the stars

A clear geodesic dome on the back patio with a queen bed inside — perfect for stargazing without the dust or chill. It comfortably sleeps 2 and bumps your max occupancy to 8 if you want to use it.

Queen Bed Open-sky view Sleeps +2
BBQ

Barbecue Grill

Hooked to the gas line

No propane tanks to swap. Just push, click, and turn.

  1. Push in the burner knob and hold it pressed
  2. Listen for the clicking sound — that's the ignition firing
  3. While still pushed in, turn the knob to the left to light the burner

No gas coming through?

Check the yellow cord on the bottom of the grill and make sure it's in the ON position. That's almost always the fix.

Indoor fireplace

Game on

A full pickleball court is right outside. All paddles and balls are stored in the living room — under or next to the black table.

Bocce

Bocce Ball

Backyard classic

Bocce balls live with the pickleball gear in the living room — same black table.

Outdoor fire pit

Outdoor Fire Pit

Stars & flames

Five quick steps and you're toasting marshmallows.

  1. Grab the lighter from the kitchen cabinet
  2. Find the two valves on the side — turn the yellow valve to a 45° angle (this opens the gas)
  3. Slowly turn the black timer valve to set how long the fire stays on
  4. Use the lighter to ignite the burner where the gas is flowing
  5. To turn off: return the black valve to off

Heads up

The 30-minute auto timer will shut the fire off on its own — set it and forget it.
